Lets celebrate everything design Kolkata!
Kolkata Design Week 2019 comprises of Face Off, The Loudon Mansion, Masterclasses, Everything Design, La Fiesta De Salsa & window displays at cafes and stores. This inclusive event is conducted across multiple venues in Kolkata. Peruse through the individual dates to on our Calendar to register for one or all events!


* Creating a unique visual experience in a heritage space still in restoration means you need to watch your step. While every precaution has been taken to ensure your safety, we cannot be held responsible for any mishap, accident, theft, damage or personal injury in the premises. The artworks showcased are of high value and lovingly created so please respect them. In the case of any damage, they need to be compensated by the person responsible.
We hope you will enjoy, responsibly.

* Kolkata Design Week events Photo Policy
You consent to being filmed and photographed. Any photography taken at the Event, is subject to mandatory, non-exclusive license to the Event organisers for use in Event promotional purposes. Any artwork or performances sponsored by the Event or taking place on Event grounds is also subject to a mandatory, non-exclusive license to Event organisers for use in Event promotional purposes.

* Event Hazards
You assume any and all risks, whether expressly set forth herein, as well as, any other risks and dangers incidental or in any way relating to your presence during the prior, during or after the Event or any risks that are not foreseeable, such as, any and all risks arising from or relating to the acts or omissions of others (including Artists, Event attendees, the Venue owners or operators and its staff, employees and agents; or KDW) You assume all risks of personal injuries relating to Your attendance of the Event.

*Indemnification
You agree to defend, covenant not to sue, indemnify, save and hold harmless and forever release, KDW, Venue owners, and all their respective subsidiaries (collectively the “Indemnities”) from any and all injuries (personal injuries, property damage or otherwise), demands, suits, and/or claims relating in any way to the Event, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

*No illicit drugs; no weapon
KDW and the Venue maintains a zero tolerance policy regarding the illegal, illicit drug and weapons.

* Arbitration of disputes
Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, You agree that any disputes arising from or relating to the event hereunder or any related transaction relating to the use of the Site or its services or any relationship or dispute between You and KDW or You and any company or person employed by or which is affiliated with either KDW, this Agreement and/or any policies or practices of any of the above mentioned companies or persons (a “Dispute”) shall only be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Indian Council of Arbitration and the award made in pursuance thereof shall be binding on the parties.
